The 9.5° graphite driver features a 460cc aerospace-grade titanium head with a unique skirt sole design that moves the center of gravity (CG) lower and deeper for a penetrating launch and optimized spin. The driver, fairway wood, and hybrid are each equipped with a Speedflex shaft designed to maximize carry distance and control with moderate spin, allowing players to maintain accuracy without sacrificing power. The 3HL fairway wood and 4 hybrid also incorporate the Turf Glider Sole, promoting clean contact and consistent launch from any lie.
Each Thunderbird club is precision-engineered using advanced CG mapping and over two dozen mathematical calculations to achieve ideal weight distribution and trajectory control. The stainless-steel cavity-back irons (5–10) and sand wedge provide stability, forgiveness, and a responsive feel for confident play through the bag.
The set is completed with a Tour Series Putter featuring a milled face for precise roll and distance control, and a Thunderbird Stand Bag for lightweight durability and organized storage.
