The Chasing PING 360 Scanning Sonar Self-Assembly Kit is designed to integrate a compatible BlueRobotics Ping360 scanning sonar with the Chasing M2 Pro underwater ROV. The kit provides the mounting and connection components needed to add 360-degree scanning sonar capability to the M2 Pro.
Important: Ping360 sonar is not included. This is the self-assembly mounting and integration kit only.
360-Degree Scanning
When paired with a compatible Ping360 sonar, the system performs a full 360-degree scan of the surrounding underwater environment. It provides a top-down sonar view that can help detect and identify underwater objects even when visibility is poor.
Designed for Low-Visibility Water
The Ping360 system is ideal for operations in dark, murky, or low-visibility water where traditional camera imaging may be limited. It can assist with obstacle avoidance, target location, navigation, and underwater inspection.
Up to 50 Meter Scanning Range
The compatible Ping360 sonar provides an adjustable scanning range from 0.75 meters (2.5 feet) up to 50 meters (165 feet), with a resolution of 0.08% of range for detailed underwater imaging.
Open-Source Ping-Viewer Software
The Ping360 sonar can connect to the open-source Ping-Viewer application for sonar control and data display. The software can also be customized for specific professional applications and operating requirements.

The self-assembly kit provides the components required to integrate a compatible Ping360 sonar with the Chasing M2 Pro for professional underwater navigation, imaging, inspection, and search applications.
